Product Description:

MP Plastic Blow Molding Machine is designed for processing various plastic hollow products made of high-molecular materials. This machine is capable of producing hollow items ranging from 5 milliliters to 100 liters, including bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, tool boxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, and auto parts. It is equipped to handle a variety of materials such as PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, PS, and EVA, ensuring optimal processing for each material type.

The versatility of the MP Plastic Blow Molding Machine makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, offering efficient production of diverse hollow plastic products. Whether you need to manufacture containers, toys, furniture components, or automotive parts, this machine delivers excellent results with precision and consistency.

Features:

a) The extruding device utilizes a variable frequency motor to cater to the rotation change requirements of the screw during the blowing process. A screw with a high slenderness ratio can be employed to process a variety of materials, boasting strong plasticizing ability, high production efficiency, and low energy consumption. The barrel features a resistance heater controlled by a computer, ensuring quick, stable, and uniform heating.

b) By incorporating different heads in a combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines, it becomes possible to produce products with a visible strip line or double layers through blowing.

c) The mould clamping device adopts a toggle type mechanism and linear guider. With a double station design, the speed of the mould platen movement is faster and more stable.

d) An improved design of the hydraulic oil loop results in power savings, rapid operations, and stable performance.

e) Installation and maintenance of hydraulic elements are convenient, and the machine is equipped with a removable and mobile oil tank.

f) The entire machine is computer-controlled, with the hydraulic system utilizing a double proportional control setup. It features a fault automatic alarm system, ensuring reliable operation, high automation, and the ability to store data for up to 40 sets of moulds.

g) Three operation modes - "Manual," "Semi Auto," and "Full Auto" - are available for selection.

h) The safety door is equipped with both electric and mechanical safety devices to prevent mould closing in case the safety door opens, enhancing the safety and reliability of operations.

i) This machine offers two blowing functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting.
